Job Title: Part-Time Office Administrator

Job Type: Part-Time - up to 16 hours per week
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.
Job Description: We are looking for an Office Administrator with experience in Xero, excellent telephone manner, and strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, ideally with Teams experience. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Xero Management: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks using Xero, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Telephone Communication: Manage incoming calls with professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
- Microsoft Office 365: Utilize Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
- Teams Collaboration: Use Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration with team members.
- General Office Duties: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Xero accounting software.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
